Parramatta is New South Wales’ second largest CBD and the geographical centre of Sydney. It has undergone tremendous change and will continue to see major expenditure on government infrastructure and private investment to make the city more connected, liveable, productive and sustainable.

Forecasts indicate that Parramatta will see an additional 87,900 dwellings equating to 198,000 more people by 2036.
