Parramatta Office Building

Acquisition took place in 2016, with approximately 50% vacancy. Significant capital expenditure was made to modernize the building, improve its technology and efficiency, essentially transforming the space into a welcoming, productive, and sustainable environment, which has been successful in attracting industry leading tenants.

Currently, we are pleased that the building is fully occupied and in response to the building transformation we have seen an increase in office rental income. The building is occupied by professionals ranging from industry leading food distributors to large superannuation companies.
