Sydney’s rapidly growing suburban hub of Rosebery, located just 6km south of the CBD, is set to continue with the launch of The Loom Apartments.

The residential project taken on by Build Up Developments and will feature 65 apartments starting from $450,000.The development will include 52sqm studios, 55sqm one bedroom, 66sqm one bedroom plus study, 80+sqm 2 bedroom and 109+sqm 3 bedroom apartments. The design of the apartments will allure to those who enjoy contemporary style. The exposed layout featured in the apartments, incorporating spacious living areas, open balconies and sizeable windows can be attributed to award winning architect, Candalepas Associates.

The colour scheme for the interior is also set to be visually pleasing and versatile with soft and neutral tones selected.

The Loom Apartments are scheduled for completion in October 2015.
